        Great gym for any fitness level. Bodybuilding, cardio training, power lifting, heavy bags. Staff is super nice and they always have equipment you can use (belts, ab rollers..) The only thing I would like to see is a pool. Update. Seems recently they dont seem to really care about their noise rule though. No excessive noise. Got a group of guys that come in regularly, bout 6 of em that just like to scream and holler and carry on. They actually got into a fight out front a while back. At least tell them to quiet down or somethingits obnoxious. Its not THEIR gym. I pay a membership here too.

        I left my shoes and change of clothes in the locker room with a lock on it only to come back to it missing. There were signs on the lockers saying things would be thrown away if anything was left in the lockers but I was actively working out so I didnt think they would cut my lock and throw my stuff away. They threw away a 200$ pair of shoes along with my towel and some soap. No 24hr notice just gone while I was working out.
