Summit Fire & Security

Called and got an answering service. Still have not heard. back from them. Are they Summit, Fire and Safety or Black Rock or ?? This post will not let me cancel, review, it just keeps going back to the original 'Posting' page. I had to turn my computer off to get rid of it. Answering service just hung up on me and would not tell me the current name of the company. Pretty poor service especially in light of an emergency.

Serviced our next door neighbor, and caused the smoke detector to sound for 14 hours overnight. Would not do anything to correct overnight.

I work at a retail store that this company came out to and serviced. I just wanted to take a minute and acknowledge and thank 3 guys that came out and did a wonderful job, going above and beyond! Larry, Ben and another guy that was with them are just lovely folk and deserves more appreciation than they get. It takes a lot on your mind and body to have to do the things they do and the sprinklers in our building would not work as great as they do without the work of those three guys! It was a big pleasure to have met you 3 and hope to see you again!

Seriously? You know what you do around the job and between jobs says as much about your company as what you do on the job - if not more. Perhaps it's time to have a talk with your drivers.
