I lived here for about 3 years and loved it. My favorite part was that all utilities were included in the rent and it came with a washer and dryer. The office staff is always nice and responsive. The maintenance staff also stayed on top of any request I had. The only thing that I didnt like was the parking. You have to be home early to get a good spot. I had my car broken into by parking on the street and there was nothing the office could do. Other than though the apartment was just fine for me!

I've lived here for about a month and a half so far and I am more than happy with my experience so far Cristal and Taylor in the leasing office are great and we're super helpful when moving in and filling out my application. My apartment is super nice and the maintenance staff has been quick and have filled my maintenance request pretty quickly. The only not so great thing is the parking, it is included with the rent as our utilities, however, the parking lot is just a little bit tight. However, can't complain compared to parking in the city

I've only lived here for about three weeks, but so far, it's been excellent. I love my apartment, I love the location, and I love the value (low rent and many inclusions). I'll update this review if my experience changes, but I've read the other less stellar reviews and so far, I have not experienced the issues they did. Many thanks to Taylor and Cristal for showing me so many units.

Im a current resident. The rent affordability is the only good thing about this place. But, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. There was a mass break-in in the apartments storage units, where residents can pay extra for storage, and they did not notify any one. I walked down there and nearly every storage locker was busted open, or the lock was cut. The apartment manager was have known, because a Bluetooth lock was added to the door to get into the storage locker area (there originally was no lock or key to get in). Additionally, the apartment management company is awful about apartment maintenance. When I first moved in, my apartment was missing a closet door that had been broken by the previous renter - but the leasing manager told me that would be delt with within my first week of living there. A couple of weeks go by and still no closet door. So I walk to the leasing office to ask them when itll be installed while I was there, a maintenance worker walks in and tells me hell handle it in a week or so. A few weeks pass, still no door. This time, I call the office and they say theyll get on it. Another month passes. Still no door. Eventually I find on the offices website that there is a work order option where you can request maintenance be done. So I do that, and in a couple days I come home and I have a new closet door. The only problem is the door is tan, when the other closet door is white, the handle is in a completely different place than the other door handle, and the hinges werent set up properly because the door sags, scratching the floor below it, and the doors edge scrapes against the wall, causing scratching on the wall. I would not recommend this apartment, or any apartments managed by Main Street Leasing.

I do not recommend this complexespecially if you are a young woman living alone. I moved in back in June 2023 thinking it would be a great location since its conveniently located right next to downtown, but location was not worth it. Some of the issues I had in the 6 months I lived there: -package room break ins constantly: there were two major package room breakins within the time I was there. Both times I walked in and the room was in complete disarraywith all my packages gone. I lost about $200 worth of stuff and all the front office told me was to file a police report and were not helpful at all. -latch door system very untrustworthy: you can only access the gates, building, and your unit through the Latch app, or the code they give you. I was at work and came home after being gone for 10 hours, and my unit Latch lock had completely malfunctioned and my door had been open all day to the public for anyone to enter. -guest/public parking: I was told upon move in that guests could park in the parking garage above the leasing office, but was not told about the guest pass you need to park there. My guest who parked in this designated spot was then towed since we didnt have said passthe towing fee was $400, and the leasing office refused to help cover the cost besides offer a $100 visa gift card. -parking lots not protected and cars being broken into. It is not well lit and can be scary to walk alone back into the complex. To sum this up, because of these issues, I had to do an early termination at 6 months instead of carrying out my 1 year lease. I highly do not recommend living here.
