        I placed an order for replacement ceramic coals. I had to ask where my order was after 3 weeks. I finally received a ziploc bag with what looked like ceramic shards from an installation - not ceramic coals like what I paid for. After receiving zero communication from the shop, I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. This is not a legitimate business.

        Walk in today @3pm NO ONE acknowledged me or spoke a word after they were on the phone. So I walked around twice and still NO one said ANYTHING to me. Guess I dont belong there.

        Mike (owner) and staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. We did extensive research to find an electric fireplace insert that provided heat as well as ambiance. Dimplex Revillusion was exactly what we wanted. Mike delivered and framed out the fireplace quickly and we could not be happier. Highly recommend Victorian Fireplace Shop in Richmond,VA.
