        paid for a moving out cleaning, i chose this company because of their longtime good service to customers. however i was disappointed. dust and dirt still everywhere and footprints and fingerprints. not sure if anything was even dusted/wiped/swept/mopped. pretty disappointed.

        I paid for deep/ move out cleaning and did not get what I paid for. They tried to fix it by sending the same cleaning lady back out to clean the things that she missed the 1st time after being there for 2hrs but she still never cleaned the base boards, left cob webs, dust on cabinets, etc. I had to walk around and point out things that needed to be cleaned. This is not what I expected. I didn't want to have to point out things or have to tell the cleaning lady what needed to be cleaned, that's her job.
