I have been going to Health Educators for over 10 years. I do have the opportunity to renew my ACLS and BCLS through my work via computer simulations; however, I choose to continue my renewals with Health Educators. Their staff provide a great classroom atmosphere for learning. They are hands on and instruct/reinforce your performance in real life scenarios. I will continue to use Health Educators because I feel more confident in my clinical practice going through their renewal courses.

I will be 100% doing all certs/re-certs through this group. They were WONDERFUL! 10/10.

Paid 75 dollars for the training and 47 bucks for a book that I did not even use or needed for the training. Completed the training August 13th and was told by the instructor, Megan that I would recieve my certification card via email on the same day but have not recieve it as of yet. I called and left voicemails and sent emails but did not recieve a response. I had to call this morning back to back until Megan answered and stated to give her 20 minutes to send the certification. I waited 20 minutes and still did not recieve the email/certification. I called back and spoke to Megan again then she said give her an additional 5 minutes for her to send it and she will call me back to see if I recieved it. I waited 7 minutes, she did not call back and I still did not recieve the email. I called back several times but she sent me straight to voicemail. My employer requested for me to send in the certification to them today August 15th and guess what I still did not recieve it.
