We have used Douglas Aquatics for almost 20 years and have always been so impressed with their response to our repair issues, their courtesy when at our home, and the professional work they do. The service department listens and follows through, working with our schedule to come out for service calls. The technicians know their stuff from pumps, to plumbing, to liner repair and replacement! We would recommend using them for all your pool needs.

Terrible customer service. No work was done because my new home needed power to the pump. They were going to charge me another $350 for sending 2 techs to come back out to do the original work asked. Seems like they rather double charge a new customer with their first ask than to assure getting the job done at a fair price.

Do not use this place. They are crooks and will steal your money without doing a lick of work. Beyond disgusted that I was charged $180 and no work was done. They did not have authorization to charge us. Stay away from this place if you want honest work.

These people serviced our pool for a season. During that season they were charging for services they weren't completing. When I called the office to let them know there has been several occasions where our biweekly service wasn't done they stated they had a service bills from the technicians of the chemicals they used. When I informed them I have full surveillance of my property and no one did anything to my pool and I have proof, she then went on to say they would look into it. Well during that process we had a pool heater installed because we had already ordered it from them. The pool heater finally came in and when they installed the heater they couldn't completed the install and setup. They stated they only bring the heaters out and connect them but not fully install. Therefore, we had to hire a contractor to finish the install and setup. The contractor asked where is the directions and instructions related to the unit? I called Douglas Quacks and they stated to look them up online and pull them off line because they didn't have any of the information from the heater and couldn't assist further on the unit that cost us numerous of thousands of dollars. SMH! Well now we are on another season and the heater is not working. Tried Douglas Quacks again for what they sold us and they stated because they had to credit us money previously because of work they had found to have lied about ... they will need a $350 deposit to come out and look at the heater. SMH! Now, I understand everyone suffering during COVID and this is what the lady stated during the season they were found to not have done things they billed for but it just seems the company knows there's a shortage of pool companies and feel they will do as they please and charge for what they want. Service and Customer Service is not a priority or something they are very concerned with. SMH!
