I've live here for 6 years and I have relatively few complaints. Lovely apartments, some of the most beautiful & affordable in city however, my rent continues to skyrocket every lease renwal. Maintenance is always on point for me. Timely and proficient. Calling the lease office can be exhausting but usually if I walk over they will handle my concerns on the spot. My only recommendation is to install more charging units. We only have 1 to share and as the world continues to adapts to EV's being the future of transportation 1 stall will prove inadequate.

initially, my experience here did not start off on a good foot. awful communication with the leasing office to their residents. parking is terrible, they do not have enough spaces for the amount of residents in the area. it is right next to main st train station so if you're sensitive to loud noises, especially in the middle of the night, i dont recommend. leasing office staff is great, we had to term our lease early due to buying a house and they made the process super easy. i loved the location. plenty of restaurants, bars, convenient stores, fast food, ect. our apartment was super spacious and beautiful.

Would give them a 0 if I could. They didnt take my roach concerns seriously the 1st time I reported seeing one. Fast forward a couple of months later there was a full on infestation that could have been prevented. Dealing with that was traumatizing.

Roof has been leaking since November, rental office just says they are going to send somebody to fix it and never does. Wait even better, they give you two buckets and a dehumidifier and say we can't do anything until it stops raining (shown in pictures & video). Its must've been raining 5 months straight because nobody has come to fix the roof since I moved in. I'm worried the apartment now has mold and the water is damaging the floors and pantry. My neighbor actually had to move down one floor because her roof was leaking for years and they never fixed it. Its very embarrassing when company is over and you have to big buckets of rain water in the middle of the living room damaging all your personal belongings. I do not recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. I honestly felt like they knew the unit was leaking prior to me moving in because it had water stains on the floor but I didn't notice until I was all moved in. They laugh in my face like its a joking matter every time I bring it up. IM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO FIX THE ROOF!!!!!!! Parking lot has cars taking up more than one spot but the office claims they have no space in there for residents. Parking lot is always packed and only handicap parking in front of building that takes up half the street so you will always to get a $200 ticket. Overall I would not move here. Leasing office is mediocre and the maintenance is worst. I would give it no stars if I could!
