My fianc was seen at both the Stony Point and Puddleduck locations. The staff and providers are highly professional and organized. Virginia Urology provides a level of healthcare far exceeding expectations.

HIPAA violations are common here. One nurse who is still employed took a facetime call in the middle of a surgical procedure for her childcare provider but wasn't reprimanded and a doctor was standing next to her, one the oldest on the practice. Nurses have fallen asleep in cases which is a clear violation of any work place rules. There's a culture of who's been thre the longest gets to do what they want. The sheer volume of OSHA violations is staggering with the lead nurse failing to cover her head in an area that it's required but because her best friend is her boss, its overlooked. As i think of more failures and get more info about the sheer incompetence of this establishment ill post them. Superiors yelling at subordinates and folling them around the bavk so they can continue to yell is normal. Sharing personal informantion only known to managers by managers is also relatively normal. Anything they know and can use personally to control and gaslight employees, theyll do. Don't trust management as an employee or patient.

Everone was excellent to me before my surgery and after my surgery great nurses and drs I was very please to have my surgery at stoney point surgical center Everyone keep my son informed of my surgery and gave my family excellent instruction for my home care .Thank you all to the secretary and nurses drs all was very excellent to me I definitely would recommend this place for any needs anyone has to have done I felt like I was in excellent hands with everone that's was involved in my surgery again THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH

This is a well run professional practice with a caring staff. I would recommend them to anyone needing their care. From the receptionist to the doctor they are caring and professional.

Had excellent care at this facility. Dr. Byrne was very clear and spent ample time making sure we understood the procedure. Also retreat hospital was phenomenal in their hospitality and care. You would be hard pressed to find better! I had to drop a star because waiting 6 weeks for surgery was a bit ridiculous in my opinion! Otherwise .. it was about perfect!
