I won't use Stemmle Pumbing again. I used them once before and they did good. This time, they are really expensive and didn't come when they said that they were"on-the-way" (1/2 hr away). No follow-up phone call to say that they won't be coming. So, I'm stranded at home waiting for them... I just wanted to get the plumbing job done, so I didn't shop around for a lower price (my fault). Next time, I'll shop around.

Amazing Service. I got my Septic tank pumped and Jorge and Austin S. showed up on time, treated my yard with care, got the job done, walked me through every step of the process and put everything back where it needed to be. Ill 100% be recommending Stemmle to anyone and Ill request Jorge and Austin in the future! Thank you so much!

I experienced an issue with septic back up within my crawl space and reached out to various local plumbing agencies, however, realized the lack of availability of professionals within my area. I contacted Stemmle Plumbing Repair, and all information that I requested was provided (i.e., price of services, and availability, etc.). Steve and Douglas were personable, professional, and helpful; and provided answers to all of my inquiries, and useful advice on maintaining the septic. I appreciated the education that they provided, and the few laughs that we shared. The military discount was beneficial as well! The day of the appointment, I was scheduled between 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., and was depending on timeliness to have an alternate company come out and conduct mitigation on the crawl space. The one and only reason that I rate my experience as four stars is due the late arrival, which was after about an hour or two after 12:00 p.m., and I had to call to be informed that a truck was inoperable, therefore, my appointment would be completed at a later time. In the future, I will be reaching out to Stemmle Plumbing Repair for all needs associated with plumbing repair! The service and professionals are top tier! Thanks Steve and Douglas; and Stemmle for providing a much needed and appreciate service!
