I went for change in haircut n style with very long hairs(upto my waist) n clearly mentioned that since my hairs are heavy, short hairs will look very odd. Stylist Andrea showed me picture of a model with medium length hair and suggested that cut. She told me to trust her and she showed me that she is cutting about 4 to 5 inches, and in two go with hair clip on she cut about 11 inches of my hairs. She didn't throw away those hairs. After that she started hair cut and I was shocked what she has done to my hairs. I think their business should be black listed as seems they are doing business of selling those long hairs. I called back and also went back at salon for explanation, but nobody was bothered about what I was going through. Manager told me that I had shoulder length hair to start with. She was continuously lying and defending. I just want to spread the word never go to this salon. I am trying to find ways how I can file case against them. But nothing can relieve the pain and emotional stress this salon has given me.

No matter how horrible my hair is, Angela always fixes it!!! Amazing stylists and awesome service!!! free coffee or tea, reasonable prices, and all the extra perks of a spa make this salon the best in town. I travel an hour to this salon because Angela is the only stylist I trust to make my hair look perfect!!
