Ramona has been our agent for over 30 years. We have had excellent service consistently on our auto and home insurance claims. All three of our adult children are also insured with her. Ramona and Nina are very responsive. We referred several others to her office and they feel the same way. We highly recommend.

I cannot recommend Ramona's office enough! She and her staff are kind people who do everything they can to help their customers understand their policies down to the smallest details and answer even the toughest questions to the best of their ability. Insurance can be a difficult thing to understand and can be frustrating as a customer at times (extremely so in some cases, I can confirm!), but I know I can trust Ramona's office to help me navigate through to get exactly what I need. This office is the sole reason I went to State Farm when I got my own auto policy.
Having seen how Ramona runs this office for the past 5+ years, I can guarantee they would never be dishonest to their customers nor would they ever attempt to pull the wool over anyone's eyes. If I have ever had questions or concerns about anything on my policy, how I was billed, or the status of any and all discounts, I went to them first to get a better understanding of what was going on.
Ramona and her staff do everything in their power to make sure you're not only getting the best policy you can for both your needs and your budget, but want to be sure you are not missing a thing. Something on my policy will be changing? They let me know. Something happened to a discount? I get notified.
I highly recommend bringing your business here for staff that genuinely care about insurance and how to make sure your needs are being more than met. Ramona is a wonderful person, her staff is incredible, and you could not be in better hands.
