        I had a fantastic experience at Arboretum Estates Apartments! The apartment itself was spacious, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed. But what really stood out was the exceptional service provided by their handyman, Amaya. He promptly addressed any maintenance issues I had, including fixing a stubborn stove and ensuring everything was in perfect working order. I highly recommend Arboretum Estates Apartments for their great living spaces and top notch services.

        I loved arboretum when we first moved in, but now its become frustrating when I call and nobody picks up the phone or returns my phone call. Maintenance takes forever to come fix anything. I renewed my lease but this will probably be my last year.

        Great place to live, but the maintenance is terrible, been here for weeks , stove not working, dishwasher not working, and they really need to come and spray for pest.( Extra charge for that) . I'm still waiting for them to do all the above. (been two weeks ) Who is the owner?

        Amaya was great helped today. He was already started on the things that needed to be done as I got of work. Very understanding guy to talk to also wants the best for you when it comes to fixing things to top tier. Took a little time out of his day to even help with my dryer getting the prone connected.
