Actually the most horrible experience. I would give it 0 stars if I could. The technician burned me doing an IPL treatment and I now have second degree burn scars on my face that are still red and inflamed 7.5 months after the treatment. The technician was hardly apologetic and said that it would be healed and completely gone at the most in 3 months, which was a complete lie. She did not even offer to waive the fee of the treatment. Actually such a traumatic experience and I would encourage anyone considering a treatment here to rethink their decision and find a different, more professional and careful facility.

I'm going there with my wife tomorrow and not too thrilled by the 3.5 rating but I've heard good things. We will let you know and will change this rating as warranted. Not the greatest experience we've ever had. The doctor was impersonal at best and downright rude at worst. Competency was not a problem but continuing a lang-term relationship is.

I had to have a SCC removed last year and she didn't give me enough medication to numb the area. Nurse called the the following morn and explained they were short on Lidocaine with Epi. No thanks! Horrible experience!

Christy & Christy of the Aesthetic Laser Center,😊 are outstanding! They are excellent at the job they do, but they have great personalities, too! Having seen other dermatologists in Plano & Mckinney, I can say they are simply the best. 👍🏼👍🏼 Also saw Dr. Lockhart today. Would highly recommend her. Very caring and personable.

Dr. Lockhart is great. Staff is organized and efficient. Really easy to book appointment and process out once done. Highly recommended this location vs the one on Shire (less busy, more organized, Dr better)
