We had an employee-owner repair our freeze damaged pool equipment in March 2021. This company also did put complete renovation of the deck, surface and coping in May 2020. They have refused to handle cracks in deck, chipping in Covered patio area and now the pool isnt circulating correctly and we have now figured out that the pool motor Shawn replaced in March 2021 was not the same Horsepower as what we had before the freeze. The only reason it looked like it worked to circulate was because the plumbing wasnt complete since other parts were not installed yet like chlorinate and nature 2. Water barely comes over the waterfall, little water out if returns and we are being told sorry over a year now. Well of course it is! You all kept giving me the run around when I reached out or just not responding back at all. Now we have to purchase a new motor and the 1.5 HP one is only a year old. Pool built in 2003 and original motor worked fine until the freeze. This company will be low priced on the front end and you will pay later for their errors and lack of customer service to make things right. They care about money only not referrals.
