Extremely rude front desk staff! Avoid! I have a medical condition that causes hypersensitivity to noise and lights. Upon arrival I asked if they could turn the tv volume all the way down. One of them said "no" but the other one did turn it down about 2/3 of the way. Then I was told to sit until they called my name. I carry earplugs but I didn't want to put them in as it would keep me from hearing my name being called. The noise was still bothering me so I re-approached the front desk and began to explain my symptoms to ask again if they could mute it. I was interrupted and told that the office was noisy and there was nothing they could do about it. (The office was not noisy except for the tv that they had the remote to). They told me that I could go sit in the corner if I was bothered by noise. Needless to say, I left. Their behavior makes me really angry and sad because I really needed to see the doctor.

I first went to Dr Ahmed about 12 years ago and will never change. He is extremely knowledgeable, always up-to-date with the latest information and always makes you feel like he has all the time in the world for you, even though he doesn't. He has helped me through some very hard times.
The staff is great and I'm grateful for every one of them!
This is actually an extension of the Richardson Medical Center.. but they bill through a different company so you don't get charged outpatient rates.
