I called in, asking if they can do a tailoring for a jacket & pants. They said for sure to bring it and it can be done by Tuesday the latest. I came in, nope. Cant be done until Friday. I came all the way from Fair Oaks being told yes, and when arriving they cant. The employee than tells me I never called, I went into my call log and pressed the number that was recent; automatically the phone rings inside the store. His face drops and says no no no. Dont go, go somewhere else to get tailored.

I had a really strange experience where I enjoyed the customer service but when I received my order it was very wrong. That being said Izzo was an amazing help to get these issues solved and honestly saved themselves a customer as I would absolutely shop with him again.

Have come in twice - for a measurement and then to exchange a suit ordered online for a different size. Nasir helped me both times and was extremely helpful! He picked out several different fit types and sizes for me to see the comparison to the one I ordered online, and after a quick hem, I ended up with a perfect fit!
