Edit - 1/23/21: Added 1 star: I never received a call back, but the bin was picked up late yesterday afternoon. Also wanted to note that the person I spoke with was professional and courteous. My low rating is due to the long service delay and lack of communication.Original Review - 1/22/21: We rented a waste bin from Frank's two weeks ago and filled it within a couple days. Then called for pickup over a week ago. Normally these bins get picked up the next day, but nobody picked it up. We called back again and again asking for pickup and were told on a number of days that someone would pick up "today or tomorrow." It has now been over a week, but nobody has picked it up. Yesterday we called and were *promised* that someone would pick it up. They did not. Today I called early in the morning and was told they would "try" to pick it up today. Then I called again around noon and was told that they would look into it and would call me back shortly. It is now after 3:00. No call back. No pickup. I've called 5 more times over the last 2 hours, but now they won't even answer their phones. There are lots of choices in town. I recommend trying a different one.
