I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a Subaru Forester from Sound Ford in Renton, Washington, and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing and unprofessional encounters I have ever had when buying a car. From start to finish, the entire ordeal left a sour taste in my mouth, primarily due to the actions and behavior of one individual: Clair. To put it bluntly, Clair's attitude and demeanor were nothing short of terrible. She exhibited a complete lack of respect and empathy towards my wife and me, making derogatory remarks about our financial situation and even had the audacity to laugh in my wife's face. This kind of behavior is not only unbecoming of a salesperson but also utterly unprofessional and disrespectful. The entire process felt shady and dishonest. We were coerced into signing a contract that contained multiple inaccuracies, with false information about our rent, among other things. It's disheartening to see a dealership resort to such underhanded tactics, attempting to deceive customers instead of building trust and fostering a positive experience. Furthermore, the lack of transparency and integrity demonstrated by Sound Ford is deeply troubling. As consumers, we rely on dealerships to provide accurate and reliable information, ensuring a fair and honest transaction. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Sound Ford. I expected a level of professionalism and customer service that was sorely lacking at Sound Ford. It's disheartening to think that a dealership with such a tarnished reputation would allow someone like Clair to represent their establishment. Customers should feel valued and respected during their car-buying experience, and Sound Ford failed miserably in this regard. I urge prospective car buyers to exercise extreme caution when considering Sound Ford as their dealership of choice. The unprofessional behavior displayed by Clair and the shady practices employed by the dealership make it clear that they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and honesty. In conclusion, my experience with Sound Ford and specifically Clair was nothing short of abysmal. I would strongly advise anyone seeking a reputable dealership to steer clear of Sound Ford, as their unprofessionalism and dishonesty cast a dark shadow over the entire car-buying process
