        Would not recommend this architect to anyone! Very nice man, very prompt and quick to meet you. After quickly cashing our check, 6 weeks went by and John could not even come up with any type of draft. When we called him he would say this weekend I will have something for you. After several attempts we had to look for a new architect. He would not refund any money back, telling us he spent 15 hours on our project. I truely believe he should retire. He may have been a good architect at one time, but not anymore, he is just too old to get anything accomplished in a timely manner. He is very unorganized, and for sure you dont want to go to this mans house! It was shocking.

        Nice guy but don't hire this guy unless you have a very long time frame. Quick to meet you the first time and cash your 1st check then works like he's stuck in quicksand. Meet him at his house and look around. What you'll see is what you'll get.

        Not only NOT GOOD,  he will also take your money, cash your check, and make promises to get it done.  Don't bother with this avenue.  Save your money and hire a real professional that will complete the job.
