Have used Morels for my company vehicles for a while now. Hit a deer with my truck and obviously took it in to Morels. Well after a month I got my truck back and had to take it back 2 different times. Had to do multiple car rentals during the month without my truck, with zero offers to help pay for the downtime on my vehicle from Morels, even after them admitting they missed something the first time. Got it back yesterday and the check engine light is already on. Now have to take it into the dealership where I can get it fixed 100%. Super frustrated with this last experience enough that I will not be using them in the in the future. Service: Body & Trim

This business was recommended by my mechanic and my Porsche was butchered by this shop. Not only did they damage the grill in fixing the front bumper but they also damaged the seal of one of the headlights (now has condensation). Additionally... my car was brought to this shop for repair of a quarter panel. They damaged the trim above it and refused to fix any of the above. The business owner is a creep and extremely unprofessional in that rather than take responsibility for his employee's mistakes... he blames the car owner (and he also fired his employee rather than do what he should of from the beginning... train his employees to be professional and do the job right). Stay away from this terrible shop. Worst experience ever. Sadly also... after taking my car to several other body shops... they reflected they had heard of similar issues and had to fix problems created by Morel's.... Go to a reputable shop !
