We needed an awning mended on the fly, they left us to wait about 10 minutes for it, we were in and out in no time! Great customer service, highly recommend! Thank you so much for fitting us in!

Super frustrated, I emailed all the details with photos and 8 days later no response, so I called. The girl who answered said give me 2-3 days to prepare an estimate. Another week and a half later I had to call back only to hear 1 guy was out sick. Then they trying to make the deal multiple times more difficult than needed but she was going to call me back the next day to schedule a site inspection to make recommendations. So I waited 4-5 more days and still nothing, I called my old company back in California and an hour later I had a design and estimate, I called and paid over the phone and will have my project completed in less than a week, I wil never call this company again nor recommend them to any of my clients, I do not like being lied to or blown off, just tell me the truth and do what you say you're going to do!!
