New tenant here, the place is very secure and safe , Juan is very awesome! He made everything very easy to work with , the place is very well kept and quiet , the unit is clean and perfect!

The best office staff ever!

PROS: It has a lovely downtown location. Its a clean, modern building inside and out. The office staff is easy to get along with. Application process was not difficult. Nice high quality fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom. Theres an air conditioner/heater in the living room or bedroom. The 1-bedrooms have a balcony. Each floor has laundry facilities and Ive rarely seen them out of order. It also has a courtyard and a fitness room. The best part of it all, FREE UTILITIES !!
CONS: The apartments are small. The bedrooms dont have a ceiling light. There arent a lot of electrical outlets. There is not much noise insulation, I can hear all my neighbors plus the construction outside. Some apartments, like mine, are a long walk from the elevators. You have to take two elevators to get to the parking garage and theyre slow. Sometimes the hallways smell like bad body odor until the cleaning staff comes along. If youre a smoker there is a no smoking policy. There is no pool. And the Lakemill Lodge next door is a slum lot that brings down the rest of the neighborhood.
Ive been living here for six months and its my first apartment and honestly I think I made a good choice
