Bruno was easy to work with two years ago when I bought my car from Lee Bros. The sale was easy, low pressure, financing was a breeze, and I was happy when I left the lot. Then it started. Two months after I purchased the car the repairs started piling up. At this moment the car is sitting in my parking space and I have to walk to work. Again. Because I have never been able to rely on the car to get me where I need to be. The car has literally sat unmoving for half the time I have owned it. I have put nearly $4000 in repairs into the car and it is still unreliable. Worst experience of my life.

I must say, Lee Brothers actually surprised me. I like their approach to taking care of the customer. No pressure.
Bruno was great. He explained the Lee brothers' process. Upon my own inspection of the vehicle, I noticed a few things that needed to be addressed. They took the vehicle to their local mechanic. The items i picked out were addressed, and a couple more items as well. They really took care of the vehicle before delivery.
I will be going to Lee Brothers for my next purchase. There is a reason Lee Brothers have been around as long as they have. Good quality customer service.

We dealt only with Jake and he was fantastic! He wasn't pushy and let us test drive several trucks without an agenda of getting us into the more expensive vehicle. We told him where we wanted our payments to be and he made it happen. Paperwork was a breeze and we weren't stuck in the office forever haggling with a finance manager about prices. We must have been there a max of 30 minutes filling out papers. He was clear and available by phone even after the sale. I would definitely go back to him!
