Disappointing. I called to ask for an estimate - a ball park - to repair a broken belt on a Samsung dryer. The business said "we don't provide ball parks or estimates." I can understand that response if I had asked for something much more concrete e.g. what's the exact cost, but a ball park is absolutely reasonable to request.  I realize I've only been in Reno for one year, but in the Bay Area, getting an estimate was the absolute minimum a repair business would provide.

While installing my refrigerator I had mentioned I was going to need a new dishwasher installed when I could get one. After asking just a couple questions they asked if they could look at it and within 15 minutes it was cleaned out and running normal. They could have had told me it was do e for and charged me to bring in and install another one but instead they showed integrity and fixed the one I had. A level of service and professionalism, values that are in desperate need of return to our society. I recommend this company to everyone! Services: Dishwasher repair, Household appliance installation
