I left a message for dr john ariza about a toe nail fungus procedure but the staff call me back but didn't leave a message, so i'll try calling him back but i think a receptionist should at least leave a message for a potential client or patient.

I really like Dr Arriza a lot; not only is he very capable at his job, he truly cares about his patients. I am dealing with a multitude of issues and he tried to help with some of them. He was kind and compassionate with me. I do not think hes rude at all. I think hes just more quiet. But he listens carefully.

The customer service was fine when I was there for the appointment. I was told it would be a little bit before my order arrived and when I called over a month later, I was told they "left me a message when my order arrived." I checked my voicemails and never received a message. The lady then proceeded to argue with me saying that there was definitely a message left but couldn't tell me by whom or what time. I would look for another Podiatry office. Doc was great though.

This Doctor DOES NOT ACCEPT MEDICAID! Receptionist said Doctor does not manage Google search and/or listing & that that information is INCORRECT!!!

My big toe nail had bad trauma and needed to be completely removed. John Ariza did a great job numbing my toe and explaining/answering any of my questions. He is a very pleasant doctor to be around and highly recommend his practice.
