Order my trash cans in May. Paid deposit. Trash cans never came. Got a collection letter two months later. Lol. I called and cancelled my service. Was fine until I got another call from them today- lady had an attitude, so never got trash cans, got turned into collection and they had an attitude. Zero stars.

Awful service! Paid up and been waiting over 2 weeks for my darn trash can to be dropped off. They have had me leaving my trash on the street with no can!!!!!

A neiboring business moved . They have left the dumpster full not picked up for over a month. I have to clean trash everyday out of my parking lot. Have called them multiple times . Many many many minutes on hold. Said they where coming and still haven't. Horrible business an overpriced

4 weeks ago the truck split open my trash receptacle when they used the hydraulic pickup arm. I’ve now called for three weeks in a row, asking to have the container replaced, as it’s inability to be closed is attracting flies and rodents. My call last week was escalated, we again left our trash receptacle at the road as instructed, however their escalation process seems to be every bit effective as their regular process. I’ve now been on hold for 41:31 minutes waiting to speak with one of republic “services” senior advocates. I’ve also been able to use these past 44+ minutes to look up the competing trash services in this area. Trust me, that will be my next two calls. Service: House/garage cleanout
