Ami was assisted by a person named Claudia and the truth is that her attention was terrible and also after I complained to her supervisor she tried to blame me for giving me information that she never gave me, the point is that I left my case abandoned for more. for a month and there was no response until I asked to speak to their supervisor so I am very angry because they have not been able to help me I hope they do something about it

They are usually fast to serve your needs. Very informative and you can get all your needs done at this office since it is a regional office. Unlike in Fresno Metro area you can only go to one office for each specific need. They ate courteous and very helpful. Always a fast and good experience there. Highly recommend if u need to go to any Social Services office. I would drive all the way to Reedley if I need any one of their services and I live in Fresno just because it's a one stop shop and I can get everything done there and I will be out of there faster than if I went to any Fresno office which I would have to go to different offices to get more than one need serviced.

The people here are so unprofessional and rude here. Even when asking about basic information they are rude.
