Worst dental place for anything AVOID will do extraction and not send prescription to pharmacy after they claimed they were going to send it ! Gave us number to an emergency line , been 10 calls nobody answers , left my call back number through SMS and nothing ! Lazy workers ! My sister felt the stitching being done she kept moving to try to tell them because she was tied down and the assistant told her she wouldnt remember y'all need to do better !

My daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out today and is in extreme pain after surgery. I been calling the office and no answer from the office or the 24 hr line listed. They said no meds for 6 hours but its only been 3 and shes in tears. Im really dissapointed in their after care 24 hour service for being a surgical center.

Have been very happy for years with Dr. Joe Dentistry in Torrance but their office was damaged in November 2023. They referred me to Dr. Arce in the meantime. Internally they had the entire front desk staff leave, forcing the very nice (but totally uninformed) back office staff to cover the front office. As a result, I have spent 3 months since December 2023 trying to get scheduled for a tooth extraction. It took 2 months of back and forth just to get in for imaging on their mini-CT scanner for $250 that was not covered by my good insurance. When I was then scheduled for the tooth extraction and bone grafts they lost my insurance information and took weeks (pushing back my scheduled dates multiple times) to just submit the insurance pre-auth for this standard procedure. The straw that broke this camel's back was that they presented me with a $6,000 estimate for the procedure without insurance; I gave them one last chance to get the preauth but they still hadn't done that even with just a couple days left before the procedure. Preauths arrive by mail so they would have needed to do this weeks ago. Dr. Arce seems cool, but if you want care anytime soon, you need to stay away until they get their act back together again. Too many visits and too many disappointments.

Vivian is the best person at this Office but other than dealing with her. I had the worst experience with this dental office. I had a CT Scan taken here on 12.4.23 & after that Dr. Arce was gone until January or I was lied to about him being in the office. I just got my scan 1.10.24 because they had to send it again & rush it because some one in their office messed up bad. I still have not heard from him. He Is Very CARLESS!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. My case is very serious & he still has not reached out to me to let me know that I have a cyst under my tooth, I literally had to go to another office to get another scan just so they could explain everything to me. I am very dissatisfied because I feel like he is playing with my life. I could die & All he cares about is billing my insurance every appointment. I am so done. A word of advice, if you could go elsewhere PLEASE DO SO, make Dr. Arce your VERY LAST RESULT!!!
