Aquasense

I was a repeat customer in 2021 and the quality of service I received was sub-par. The lawn zones were not tuned properly causing dead lawn in different spots (even after 2 visits). Moreover, the technician was not willing to listen to customer requirements and did things that were not planned for (e.g. instead of moving a lawn irrigation nozzle to the size of the lawn, a 3ft riser was added to clear the shrubs there were in the way). I was charged for all the labor work that was not according to the plan. Totally disappointed with the level of service provided this year. It is unlikely that Aquasense will get any future business from me.

I have been working with AquaSense for 2 years now and I highly recommend them! The team is friendly, professional and great to talk to. They have helped me get my property working in a more efficient manner, given me insight on strategic ways to utilize my automated irrigation system and are always easy to work with. They recently installed landscaping lighting on my property and what a difference it has made to the warmth, security and aesthetics of my home. Bart Rogers from Aquasense was great, he diagnosed the problem and fixed the sprinkler system. He was very knowledgeable and I had a great customer service experience. Eric arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue with my sprinkler system He also adjusted a sprinkler head that I wanted changed. He was friendly, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. Definitely a great representative of the company.
