Last night a crown came off during dinner. Fortunately there was no pain but definitely some sharp edges. Highland Dental got me in for an appointment within two hours. I am terrified of going to the dentist so I was hesitant to go to an office that did not offer sedation options. Regardless everyone at the office was wonderful at putting me at ease and reassuring me throughout my entire visit. Dr. Michael was able to reattach my crown in hopes of avoiding a costly, and likely painful, procedure. My only issue was another patient came in while I was in the waiting room without a mask and it was completely unaddressed. I understand the mask debate is on going but as a compromised person I count on businesses to enforce masking guidelines. Most especially at medical/dental offices.

I love Hailey L- the dental assistant. She’s one of the few I have ever had that doesn’t make me feel bad about my teeth and remembers relevant details and asks about those things. Dentists and office staff have all been friendly and professional. Makes going to the dentist not so bad.
