My cat had to be hospitalized for a few days and I was given updates every day. Im very grateful for all the employees that made sure my cat was alright.

Although I really liked dr. Burch, Hes not really there much anymore if at all. The male vet techs are great too. Becky is nice. I could say a lot but for now Id rather just leave it that they have a lot to improve on. Dr. Cain who I used to respect, never got back to me and overall, wasnt a great vet. Probably one of the worst I have ever had. She also doesnt come into the room so its a much less productive visit than at other vets and I dont trust her instincts. She seems to over test and thus, over charge. She lacks bedside manner so thats not good especially since shes only talking to you over the phone and not in person. Several times she was downright rude. She rushes through appointments and thats not ok. Shes not doing me a favor afterall, she is a paid practitioner. Clients deserve better. I deserved better. When I decided to leave their practice after giving them far too many chances, it turns out, she wouldnt honor prescription refills even for recent appointments. Darlene the manager and head vet tech is gruff and terse and to me doesnt seem to really care. She says she does and I really want to believe she does but I honestly dont know. Shes also the co-owner. She told me Im 61 and dont need this and could retire. I told her maybe she should. I have mixed feelings about Darlene because I think shes misunderstood and for years I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. I think she is really tired and Im trying to give her some grace for that. Myra who works the front desk was rude to me last time we spoke. I was so nice to her over the years. It took me by surprise because It was so misplaced and disrespectful. I was left feeling like wait a minute, I feel like they wronged me and my pet, so why am I getting nothing but attitude and push back from them? It was strange and it felt very wrong, almost personal. There is very little customer service or polish at this place. The office needs renovating too. Its in relatively poor condition and doesnt appear very clean. All around, a lot needs to change. They just really, really dropped the ball. And then fumbled it, then finally lost it altogether. They almost killed my dog over a routine nail procedure and took no accountability and there was no apology. My dog went in healthy and came out deathly ill. When I called Darlene she said just bring her back and we will do a full round of blood work (with a cost close to 1k) Maybe she has cancer. I was like, she got cancer in 5 hours and in your care? It was a mind bending, gaslighting conversation that made a stressful situation over the holidays, worse. I dont think she had any ill intentions, at least i hope not, but she handled the situation with a very defensive and irritated posture instead of a sympathetic one. We of course handled it ourselves without our paid vets help and thankfully our dog eventually pulled through perfectly. My pets health is paramount so I couldnt stay their client and chose to leave their practice for good. I remember feeling relieved. I just wish I was never put in this position by them to be so disappointed and let down and disrespected that I would never come back.

Friendly and helpful front desk and support staff. Prices are high. It would be nice to see the vet in person.

I was very happy I decided to go to this vet, I go to the VA for my personal care and this office was cleaner than my primary care physicians office the staff were all very friendly and I could tell they care about the clients and the animals they serve. It was a great experience, they explained everything clearly and took care of my pup! Well be going back
