Overwhelmingly satisfied with my carpet and installation. The entire process was seamless and stress-free. Kathrine is a delight and joy to work with. She ordered me the carpet I loved even though it wasn't on her showroom samples. She has a good eye and understood my design perfectly. Mike was an expert installer. Was prompt, friendly and methodical. He even went above and beyond and covered a little step I had with a remnant of my old carpet. The carpet looks gorgeous and I am just utterly thrilled. Money well spent. Highly recommend!

Picked a new remnant at the warehouse in Redlands, set up the install and the next morning, done!
I was lucky to get such a quick install. After having such a beautiful, no hassle installation, Id wait weeks to have them install it. Truly great job and a seriously great deal.

The receptionist was just rude.... Not great customer service.... I was just looking for a patch job, and she said "good luck"!
