        I have bought a couple of saws from there and had no problem with the quality. The same can't be said about the staff, super rude and acted like I was an idiot for not being an expert on saws. Dean was very nice. Gene on the other hand is the reason I will never return.

        Prices are way way way too high but they have a good selection of parts in stock and knowledgeable help, same 100' roll of .63 full skip stihl chain is 500$ and at the diamond saw shop in Susanville the same chain is 370$ most products are similar Price difference .. FYI after they read this price on chain dropped 100 per 100 '

        Being a Stihl AND Husqvarna dealer, this is usually my go to place for parts. I only needed a $2 part (that now costs $9 everywhere, thanks to our "build back better" system. I had an old 281xp that keeps on going, but needed a chain catcher hook.. Stroup's had them.. they usually have everything I need for chainsaws, trimmers and blowers. Well stocked store. Knowledgeable staff with friendly advice.
