Staff and management are lacking communication, customer service and care! Our team was left scrambling to find a room at another hotel after hours, because even after their staff confirmed our reservations were good on the phone they were not! Management lacked compassion, became defensive and put off when called the next day. If you are looking for a room for business that requires a third party authorization, do not attempt to stay here. If you need to know your room is secured for up coming stay, do not stay here.

Be careful when you reserve here from your phone! No changes to your reservation once made cuz they claim using your credit card is reserving thru a "3rd party". Loved our room, no servicing unless you ask, breakfast is "fair". I'd rather pay LESS for tge stay and use that money on a breakfast out somewhere! UGH!

Their front desk person nicollet is amazing super friendly super accommodating and very good at her job she explained everything and helped us with everything we needed right away and had a very pleasant beautiful personality
