My family has been coming here for years, the staff is always incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Very diverse inventory and their tailors are the best with alterations.

I purchased a $350 umbrella from Winter's Fur. When it broke I contacted them and they told me that it was from Italy therefore they could not help me replace or repair my umbrella. I contacted the manufacturer and designer and their response was quick they will be replacing my umbrella. I can't believe Winters fur does not stand behind their products. This was only a $350 umbrella but how would have they responded had it been a $20000 fur? Their response probably would have been the same. Very disappointing.

animals are anally electrocuted, genetically mutated to grow excess fur, and are kept in horrible conditions as well as skinned alive, should really reconsider your choice to pay for such a horrible thing in the name of vanity
