        Great place. I needed a new blower for my furnace. The sales and counter personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I had everything I needed so it only took one visit. Plus I found out that every Friday is FREE hotdogs for lunch.

        Front desk was very rude. If your not a contractor through johnstone just forget about it. Its entirely setup for the contractor and johnstone to make money off the consumer. Got authorization number from AO Smith for a new water heater. AO Smith told me this was one of the distribution centers and they won't honor me because I'm not a contractor with johnstone. If your a DIY kind of person you really have to fight to save money, these corporations only have interests in cash flow through their contractors who make tons of money off the consumer.
