Honoria DaSilva-Kilgore

I had to meet with Attorney Kilgore to prepare a memorandum for pretrial regarding Probate and Guardianship. We could not even agree on the date of death; and that is public knowledge! Kilgore tried everything to intimidate me and bring up my past. Kilgore even asked me if I had the money to conduct a discovery; and then refused to provide a deposition. The Attorney refused to behave according to my ethics or cooperate according to the interest of the true matter at hand. I really just wanted to move appropriately with this sensitive case; it brings me to grieve all over again. It seems I'm dealing with the wrong lawyer. Since Kilgore, I have no faith that the court will consider the key facts.

She was hired to represent my client in a deal and did everything to make it difficult, including scaring my client out of the deal and losing her deposit, which Honoria has made no effort to fight to get the deposit back. Would not recommend.

Honoria is a wonderful woman, very professional, and one of the only lawyers I found to have any courtesy. She helped me with some simple advice and if need be she will be the first person I call if I need representation.
