Won't ever do business with them again. Staff is nothing but rude, and management doesn't know how to do their job. They'll steal your deposit, and over charge on rent and late fees like crazy. Doesn't matter how clean the apartment is when you leave (or how dirty it was when you got there), you'll never get your deposit from these people. They lose payments and charge you for them. Prospective renters beware! This "business" needs to be shut down. We found mold in our apartment, they did nothing to fix it (beyond covering it up), Then deleted all of our communication about it and pretended it didn't happen.

WARNING RENTERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY,, NEVER EVER RENT FROM THEM,, THEY DO NO UPKEEP AT ALL, THEY DO NOT REFUND AT ALL,, THEY WILL EVICT YOU EVEN WHEN YOUR RENT IS PAID, IF YOU PAY 1st & Last month, and your deposits, MAKES NO DIFFERENCE TO THEM,, YOU WILL NOT GET A PENNY BACK,, IF YOU TELL THEM YOU WILL BE MOVING IN THE NEAR FUTURE YOUR HOME WILL BE RENTED TO SOMEONE ELSE AND YOU WILL BE GIVEN A 3 DAY NOTICE EVEN THOUGH YOUR RENT IS PAID IN FULL FOR THE MONTH AND YOU PAID LAST MONTH RENT IN DEPOSIT YOU WILL BE EVICTED BEFOR YOUR MONTH IS UP AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR LAST MONTH AT THE HOME NOR WILL YOU GET THE DEPOSIT BACK... PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY... NOT A GOOD COMPANY.. WARNING WARNING WARNING,,PLEASE BE AWARE, I had to give a star to post but they truly get 5 thumbs down,,, LOL,,now you respond to my review with all lies,,,you did do a 3 day evict notice even though rent was paid for the full month and you gave a 3 day notice 10 days befor the next months rent was due.. lol.. everyone in town knows this company for slum lords. Wish reviews were looked at befor renting

While "professional" might be in the name, A&A is anything but. This instance listed was only one of many. Without going into too many details, when some friends and I were renting from them, there was damage to something under the house that was *not* our fault, could not have been our fault. As a result, our electricity bill skyrocketed to well over $800. When we had contacted A&A, we were told that it was our responsibility, despite the lease agreement stating otherwise, specifically that the electricity bill was ours alone to deal with. The lease specifically stated that damages not the result of any tenant action are the responsibility of the property managers including costs associated. Instead of paying the bill themselves or even offering a rent credit for that amount, we were told the owner of the property was "nice enough" to give us a $150 rent credit. We informed A&A multiple times that there was something wrong. It was only on the third visit by the handyman they employ that the problem was identified and finally fixed. If you can avoid it, do not rent from A&A. They are not professional, have poor avenues for communication of issues, and will treat you, the tenant, as the problem in most instances. If I could rate zero stars, I would. Stay far, far away from this company unless you *literally* have no other choice.

I recommend this property management to family and friends! They are very kind forgiving and specializes on many diverse people to accommodate with integrity! They are fast friendly and act professionally they have come along way with so many diverse people that they work with and thank you A&A for going the extra for everyone!
