City Service Inc

I have no idea about their service but truck 22 almost killed me and another person on the highway this morning just before the Groometown Exit. I'm calling to report whoever was driving that truck. If City Service Inc hires service techs who drive like that they are very irresponsible.

I would like to commend City Services Inc. for the very prompt, professional and efficient service that I received today. Their technician Tim serviced my air conditioning system today in this very hot environment. I have a home warranty which I called yesterday and today got a call from a service company that told me they could not service my air conditioning system for 6 days so I called another company on the home warranty list and they also told me 6 days. I was absolutely disgusted since the home warranty company states your service should be done within 48 hours of the time the company servicing you calls. Thank God City Services, Inc. is in their top 3 list of companies that service my zip code. They called me this morning and by 4:30 this same day my house was so cool and comfortable. Their response time to my call was unbelievable. Therefore, I want to thank Tim again for his courteous, professional and efficient service and I highly recommend City Services, Inc.

I don't usually write reviews, but when I saw the negative ones here I felt I had to write one. I've used City Service for over a dozen years. They maintained my two gas packs for years and when the units failed, after more than 20 years, City Service installed two new gas packs (2 years apart) very efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. Whenever I call for repair services they quickly respond. My home warranty company uses and refers their business without any reservations that I know of. In short, based on my long history of using this company I highly recommend them.

City Service is a service provider by the warranty company I received when I purchased my home. I had trouble with my heat pump and can say that they don't seem to have very much if any troubleshooting skills. I definitely got the run around trying to get my problem resolved. Finally just had to call another company to come out behind them. Save your time and money and call another company from the start.

Horrible service. Please find someone else, anybody else. Complete rip off.
