Palos Verdes Villa

My Mother lived at the Villa for the last 9 years of her life. She loved it and we couldn't be happier! They treated her with love and respect. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I visited often and was amazed at the energy at the Villa.

For the last 8 years , l've been teaching Chair Yoga at Palos Verdes Villas (PVV). The entire community is Excellent on all levels and the residents are happy to be there. I would reccomend PV to my family, friends, and myself. I love the Director and the staff! But the best part of being there is interacting with the beautiful residents! They fill me up with joy! It's a wonderful environment!

I had placed my mom at Palos Verde Villa for the past two years and it was the best decision I had made for her. The facility is not only beautiful but it was also the best care my mom had received in any assisted living she has been placed in over the years. Linda who is the manager of the facility and her staff are the most caring, kind and attentive care providers Ive come across. Seth, the owner, has a heart of gold and you can tell this has been a heart mission for him. He is so involved with all residents and ensuring that their needs are met. The level of care and love from everyone is a reflection of the top down model exemplified by Seth and Linda. I am beyond grateful for the opportunity and the time my mom had at this wonderful facility. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for caring and all that you all do.

I came here about 17 yrs ago last , five yrs before that I came to this facility weekly for 5 yrs back then. There was amazing staff ,Seth keeps this place going he was here then and the reviews and videos I see prove he's the one hiring good staff and keeping things up still. I remember a amazing lady Ernestine that worked there also caring for everyone's loved ones with a beautiful heart she had for people . I was a caregiver for a family with a family member here and I have worked many facilities for over 13 yrs but this one will forever stand out to me with great staff and the love you can see given also

Worst food. Avoid the weekend chefs, inedible sandwiches.  Watch the bad female residents: sitting in the big tv and big room, one is violent, scratching  residents' hands by nails and stealing money.    Homeless people sleep by the building at night.  Security is a joke.  Years of neglected gardening.  The two laundry rooms were very filthy.  Good: meds, activity.  Very nice rooms.
