The doctors are ok. The receptionists are blanking morons. You can be in the middle of talking to them and if a kid walks in or if a woman warring a dress walks in or a squirrel walks past a window they will distracted and forget everything you told them. They will not understand simple requests. They will put in your info wrong. If you ask them to do anything they will stare at you with a blank look on thier face for a while then ask the receptionists next to them for the answer just for them to say "I don't know" then they will look back at you with the same blank look on there face. All I asked was what is the phone number to call the clinic you are working at and sitting in. Its the number of the phone you are answering how do you not know that? Dumbest people I have ever met at any business. They are a new level of terrible.

Dr. Phoung is amazing! Very caring and looks out for the long term and current care for her patients. She listens and is very polite and caring.

They call you saying you are due for care but can't even get you into an appointment for almost three months. You can tell they overbook and don't properly care for their patients because they can't even schedule them to be seen in the first place. They take on more patients than they can handle so the quality of care is low. Sad. It's all about the $ and never about the patient.

I had been going to a clinic in Midtown but then moved to Fair Oaks and Midtown was a longggg way to go. I found Dr. Roberts, however the VERY 1st thing she said upon walking into the exam room on my 1st visit last November was "They told you I was leaving, didn't they?" Ummm, nope! Dr. Roberts seemed nice enough but I don't think she was totally into listening to my concerns since she was leaving. A few weeks later I had a well-woman visit with a PA who was nice enough. About a month ago now, my ear became infected so I called this clinic. They said I could come in as a walk-in patient but admitted that I'd probably have to wait 3 or 4 hours. This isn't my idea of a good time, so I called the insurance company's advice nurse and she helped me find an Urgent Care that took my insurance. Though I had to drive to Folsom (about 12 miles each way), I got in and out in less than 90 minutes. Unfortunately that wasn't the end of the ear infection, so I called this clinic again and they said they don't have a doctor (and presumably not even a PA at the moment) and scheduled an appt. for me at their Marysville Blvd. office. That is today ... and the reviews don't look so good, but I'll go ... and review it afterwards!
