Amazing service. If I could give 10+ stars I would. I was so pleased with how knowledgeable he was and how kind he was. Great guy. He deserves a raise.

My trailer was stolen; and then found and taken to citywide service and towing. (Brooklyn Park location). Nancy was so great with Customer service and keeping a positive attitude and being reassuring to me that everything was going to work out OK. Very very knowledgeable about everything that was happening with my trailer. Her positive and caring attitude really supported me in a very stressful situation. Thank you, Nancy. When I was leaving, she asked, is everything OK with the trailer? And I said unfortunately the left side lights arent working. And she said that they had a service department. She was so nice. She immediately called them and Bryan who was at the Spring Lake office said bring it on over And they would check out the lights. Well, they are specialty lights. But he offered to take the trailer and do a complete once over making sure everything is in order. I have a 30 amp connection. Hes going to check the electrical sockets inside that might need to be replaced. He said it may be two or three weeks, but theyll go through the trailer with a fine tooth comb to make sure everythings OK. He was very nice and also very knowledgeable. I was also afraid of cost, and he said, dont worry we wont do anything without letting you know how much its gonna be. Nancy and Bryan, turned a horrible situation into a better. Even positive outcome. If my vehicle was going to have to be towed Im glad my trailer was towed to their location. (Also, And at the point I was hooking up my trailer another gentleman who I dont know his name came out and help me hook up and then found a bolt that would fit as a pin in the connection.) I cant say enough good things about the service that citywide service gave me and I highly recommend that if you need that kind of service theyll take care of you
