They'll send debt collectors after you for a months rent 4 years after you move out (even though you were month to month when you left and we're completely paid up) and when you call the leasing office to find out why they just give you some lip service about covid and tell you it's out of their hands and to call the debt collectors.

If you need a good place 2 stay, call Ms. Jasmin at Abor Creek apts. She will work with you. And it's a nice place to stay. Affordable.

Take a look at the 1x Star reviews compared to the 5x Star reviews notice how most of the recent 5x Star reviews are posted one after another? Theyre FAKE reviews. This apartment complex is run by sneaky, dishonest, and incompetent staff. They hold raffles and contests for residents but to enter to win, you have to give a 5 Star review. That is dishonest and against Googles policies. Please report any/all fake reviews and this complexs profile - it takes 2 seconds and could help others stay away from this complex. Do not live here - you will regret it.

WARNING: DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I know the price is cheap, but I'd rather live in my CAR. The staff here is absolutely horrible. They do not care about you, even if they try to sound SUPER nice. I've never been happier moving OUT of a place. I have extremely loud neighbors, reported them all the time and not ONCE were they even given a warning. I had certain things promised in the online application, just to find out I DONT get any of those appliances. The leasing office is run by IDIOTS. I had my application thrown out last year simply because "they lost it". They always make the same excuse with "um I need to talk with my manager, I'll call you back in 20 minutes". They don't ever call you back, even after waiting a WEEK.
