Pye-Barker Fire & Safety

I needed to add 3 to 5 new sprinkler heads and drop a few down through a drop ceiling to get my new bar up to code. Pye-Barker was very quick to respond, come out, and give a free estimate. Unfortunately, the estimate was insanely high and way more than what I needed. They were charging $3,500 for a flow test that the city offers for basically $250. Not only that, they were charging me for things like having hydraulic calculations done because new heads were being added, when the city only requires that if you are adding more than 19 new heads. I'm extremely disappointed. I feel they did this to take advantage of my ignorance. Luckily, I did a bit more research before committing to the quote. Just be wary of using them because when a company goes to this length to overcharge customers 3000% and adds things that are not required, then there is no telling what exactly the final bill will be when a projects done.

I was so surprised when I saw the invoice after doing the fire extinguisher inspection. They were ridiculously overcharged. I will never hire this company again...you are fired.

One star as I called twice and never got scheduled for mobile service. Took my business elsewhere. Added a phone of all the services received. None. Perhaps they should listen to their customers and the low reviews and see how to improve. Just a crazy idea.
