Measurements and Final selection of style and fabric Gotcha Covered and Carson were a delight to work with. Great communication occurred during The entire process. Once the product arrived they called and promptly scheduled time/date for installation. Crew arrived as scheduled ( even called that morning to confirm they were on the way and would arrive at a specific time. And they did. We walked the house to ID which rooms were to get shades. They immediately went to work and really didnt stop for 4 hours when all installations were complete. They took the time to explain how everything work and assured us that we could call or text with any questions. Also they were very careful and clean during the installation. Took all trash with and waved goodbye. We are very happy with Gotcha Covered and their team. Highly recommend them and will not hesitate to bring them back if we decide to add
