Scam - why can I not leave a review for NC and by the way USA since we have to talk to Indonesia when we call customer servicel. SCAM..Scam..Scam.. are we not even buying insurance from BCBS of NC ? I have been trying to get my email fixed for months. Trash company.

BBB would not allow me to file this legitimate complaint against Envirolink:
It has come to our attention that the repair work on Hanover Street in Bailey has fallen short of expected standards. Consequently, this subpar work has necessitated the closure of the road, forcing school buses to execute U-turns on smaller streets, a situation which raises legitimate safety concerns. Furthermore, it appears that there has been a notable delay in completing this repair work, which may be attributed to perceived procrastination on the part of Envirolink. In addition to the aforementioned issues, it's imperative to note that a sinkhole has developed at the repair site, heightening the risk significantly for any children or animals in the vicinity. This added concern underscores the urgency of addressing the situation promptly and effectively.
