The Mad Hatter Air Duct Cleaning & Chimney Sweep Service Inc

Tech (who was very personable) called on a Saturday and said he was on his way...the appointment was Monday.  We cancelled plans - not a big deal - and told him it was fine to come (a couple days) early.  The service itself took around 45 mins to complete - we were a bit surprised by that as we expected it to take longer.  The kicker was the utter disregard for the house - literally had to clean walls/floors after the job was done.  Handprints, scuffs - you name it.  I even asked the tech if 409 would clean the walls.  Was assured it would...he did not offer to clean up the mess.  Was the job satisfactory?  Who knows - He flew through the cleaning and managed to totally miss one vent.  No followup, etc.  I think I'll try another company next time I need this service performed.

WOW! I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Our ducts were in really bad shape, but they had the knowledge and skills to get everything back as it should be. They were on time, courteous, efficient, and tried to be as unobtrusive as possible. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

Technicians Ivory and Dee were very professional and treated our home with respect. They laid down cloths for their equipments to protect the floors, put booties on their shoes and had masks on. They did a very good job on both our air ducts and sweeping the chimney. And believe me, our chimney and air ducts were very dirty!!! There was one air vent the was missed. My house is a mess right now so Im not surprised they missed a vent. But when I called the Mad Hatter, no questions asked except for my address, they are coming back to address the issue. And was also told that if I find anything else to let the technicians know. Now that is service!! Love the company and the technicians. Great job! Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

I hired The Mad Hatter for a chimney inspection and paid $89 for 15 minutes of "work" which basically included shining a flashlight up the chimney, looking around, and opening/closing the damper handle. No inspection of the exterior. The technician was friendly and professional, so no problem with that.
