We can't begin to say enough about the amazing work ServiceMaster Rapid Recovery did when we experienced extensive water damage in our home. They were able to locate the leak in our wall before the plumber was able to. The gentleman that came to our home were excellent!. They were personable, professional and explained everything they were doing along the way. No one wants to be dealing with damage to their home, but this is who you want to be there for you do. I feel very lucky to have located the Service Master Rapid Recovery team. The insurance company recommended three different companies and by chance we picked them.
They first came to my house at 10:30 on a snowy night to help clean up water from a frozen water pipe. They were very professional and worked around the schedule of my fiancé and I to help remove damaged drywall and flooring. The entire process took 10 days. They walked us through step by step and gave recommendations on how to proceed with the renovation following their work.
I hope I never have to deal with this again, but if I do, Christ Dowdall will be the first one I call. He and his small group are excellent!

The lower level - basement of my split level home had a water valve burst, causing some flooding. State Farm suggested I call Service Masters. I am so impressed with Chris's professionalism, knowledge and customer service. Since he has dealt with insurance claims, he is aware of what the insurance expectations are and the steps needed for the claim to run smoothly. He is well connected with contractors and went over-the-top to schedule contractors when the insurance adjuster was available. I asked many questions that Chris was more than willing and patient to answer. I am a landlord living in Canada, so I had to do all calls, texts and emails from almost 1000 miles away. I am so appreciative of Chris and the quality of his work on the home. Thank you!
