        This company is ridiculous! They strong-armed into signing on, did not complete services as stated, we filed a complaint with the BBB and saw many similar complaints, then when I canceled within the 3 business days legally allowed they sent a letter acknowledging this, now FIVE years later I have received a formal letter from a debt collector!

        2 guys came into the neighborhood soliciting pest control services. Offered to test spray for free. Sprayed water out of a can then demanded payment. The wife told them she wasn't going to pay for a service she didn't want. When I got home I ran down one of the guys still in the neighborhood and he promised to cancel. Since then, they're put her up for collection for a $200 cancellation fee. What a bunch of crooks. If you see them in your neighborhood, stay away!

        I have been with Precise for 6 years now and have had great service. Only one time have I noticed some spiders and called for a reservice and they came out the next day and took care of it, and that was today. 5 stars all the way.
